We own classic British cars. This superb dealership cares enough about heritage to properly repair and maintain a few older examples of the fine marques it represents. Service at Towbin Motorcars is thoughtful and encompassing, while the gent who makes it all work for us, The Mighty Jeff, is surpassingly accomplished, vastly knowledgeable, refreshingly honest, and, above all, ever-gracious. Jeff is a treasure who has worked at Towbin for well over two decades, an infinitely loyal, top-class mechanic and advanced technician who is trusted by some of the valley's most significant residents. Another stand-out with whom we have had extensive contact in the service department at Towbin Motorcars is William, a fine young man who may always be depended upon to handle whatever challenges come his way with intelligence and understanding. Since we saw him last in the spring of 2024, William has assumed new and significant responsibilities at Towbin. We both wish him the best of everything always.One of our old barges was serviced and repaired just yesterday, hence the update to this review (which in its original form was posted in 2020). Jeff was superb as always, handling a number of diverse tasks with his usual aplomb, while Michelle was both characteristically helpful and welcoming. And there is a new member of the service team who deserves mention. Steven is a highly trained Ferrari and Bugatti technician who worked at one of the best dealerships in Southern California, where, remarkably enough, the car culture that so defined the state for many decades still thrives in select places.Steven is now working with William in the service management and scheduling department at Towbin, where his technical knowledge of the most exotic cars anywhere to be found is an asset to the firm, since he brings another layer of understanding to the processing which ensures vehicles are treated with care and respect. A relatively new feature to which I had not before yesterday been exposed was a careful documentation of our car, whereupon the old bus was filmed from all angles to establish its condition on arrival. This process of course protects the firm from potentially dopey claims that have no basis in fact, but it also gives the client real confidence that his or her vehicle will match on the way out its hopefully immaculate appearance on the way in: this is a particularly satisfying step of which I greatly approve; it's confidence-making. Finally, while I was on site--I waited just a few short hours for the job to be done--at least seven Towbin employees asked me if I wanted bottled water, which was very considerate, particularly when one sees how hard the whole team works at this family-owned enterprise of long-standing. I most highly recommend Towbin Motorcars.

I broke my weel on the way to Vegas on my 2008 aston martin. Limpt in to Vegas and went to Tobin motor and met with Billy Elliot. He toke care of me right away. He got me new weel paint matching and all. Great job. I highly recommend him.
